Trading & Orders
Are my orders executed on Hyperliquid?
No. Perpify simulates executions using external market data and its published fill rules. Market orders walk available live order-book depth; limit orders wait until the price reaches them.

Market data is real; Perpify execution is simulated
No Perpify order is sent to Hyperliquid or another exchange. Perpify uses Hyperliquid market data to simulate trading under its own execution and account rules. An exchange-derived chart does not make the account an exchange wallet or the position a real exchange position.
How market fills work
A market order uses genuine fresh order-book depth fetched by Perpify's servers. The requested quantity can consume several price levels, giving a weighted fill price different from the top quote. Larger size can require wider verified depth.
Missing or insufficient depth results in a wait or rejection rather than extrapolated liquidity or a made-up execution price. A chart can keep displaying candles while executable depth for your particular order is unavailable.
Limits and triggered exits
A limit order waits for its price condition and the engine's execution checks. The visible price touching a line is not a promise of a full fill at an arbitrary quantity. TP/SL and breach exits also depend on genuine available depth and applicable costs.
Prices and account authority
The server validates order size, leverage, price ticks, margin and account status. It does not trust a price or balance supplied by your browser. Chart clicks and order-book clicks prefill controls; they do not bypass validation or automatically submit a trade.
What to compare after execution
Inspect filled quantity, actual prices, commissions and remaining position or order status. Slippage is the difference between an expected/reference price and execution; it is not the same charge as a commission. Funding is separate again.
If an order fails, record the exact message, symbol, size and account. Do not assume every depth error is a leverage problem or repeatedly send larger orders to force a fill.
