How quickly do I receive my account?

Confirmation, not the checkout redirect

Your purchased account is automatically issued after the payment provider confirms the payment and Perpify verifies that status. Returning from checkout, seeing a transaction in your wallet or clicking a success page is not by itself enough to issue an account.

Crypto transactions may need network confirmation and provider processing. Those steps can take longer than sending the transaction. There is no separate guaranteed activation countdown in this article.

Check the purchase status

1. Sign in with the same login used for the purchase.
2. Open the relevant purchase record and confirm the product and amount.
3. Refresh payment status if that option is available.
4. Check the terminal account selector once confirmation completes.

Use the purchase reference to distinguish a paid account purchase from an Own Capital deposit. They are different workflows; a deposit does not automatically purchase an Instant Account.

If payment has left your wallet

Compare the destination, asset, network and amount with the original invoice. A partial payment, unsupported network or expired payment instructions can require review. Save the transaction hash and payment reference; never send support a wallet seed phrase or private key.

If the provider indicates completion but no account appears after status refresh, contact support with the purchase reference. Avoid a second payment until the first purchase has been checked. Repeated refreshes or browser sessions should not create multiple accounts from one confirmed purchase.

After issuance

Select the account before trading and inspect its starting size and risk rules. An Instant Account starts directly in its purchased stage; an Evaluation starts in evaluation and must pass before a funded account is created. Issuance is not a promise of future profits or payout approval.
