Payouts & Profit Splits
Is there a consistency rule?
Instant Accounts have none. Evaluation-funded accounts require the best profitable UTC day to be no more than 40% of cumulative net trading profit.

Only the evaluation-funded stage uses 40%
Instant Accounts have no consistency requirement. The 40% rule applies to funded accounts obtained after passing an Evaluation, not to Instant Accounts and not as an additional evaluation profit target.
The documented check compares the best profitable UTC day with total net trading profit. That day's profit must be no more than 40% of the total. The platform supplies the official account calculation; use it rather than mixing deposits, starting capital or open gains into a manual estimate.
Worked example
If an evaluation-funded account's best profitable UTC day is $400 and its total net trading profit is $800, that day represents 50%. It does not meet 40%. With the same $400 best day and $1,000 total net trading profit, it represents 40% and satisfies that check, assuming all other payout requirements are met.
A losing day can reduce the total net-profit denominator, increasing the best-day percentage. Creating another large winning day can also change which day is the best day. The rule is not simply a count of trading days or a limit on how much you may trade in one session.
UTC and net results matter
Days are measured in UTC, not your device's local midnight. Trading fees and funding affect net performance. Prior payout reservations affect available eligible profit; do not assume a balance-minus-start calculation alone reproduces every consistency statistic.
If your own spreadsheet disagrees with the official account value, check the UTC boundaries, posted results and account selection. Ask support to review the calculation rather than inventing a different formula.
When the condition is not met
A funded account may have positive profit but be ineligible for a payout because the 40% check fails. That is distinct from breaching a maximum-loss limit. Do not trade recklessly merely to dilute a percentage: every new trade still faces daily and static risk checks.
Instant payout eligibility never depends on this consistency calculation. Read the Instant payout explanation if that is the product you purchased.
