Account & Security

What does one account per user per household mean?

The supplied rule is “One account per user per household.” Its relationship to trading-account caps needs clarification; do not use extra profiles to bypass it.

Preserve the policy wording

Perpify's supplied account policy states: “One account per user per household.” It also states a maximum of five funded accounts at one time, or five Instant Accounts at one time, as applicable.

Those statements need clarification about whether “account” refers to a login/profile, an individual trading account or a household-wide entitlement. This article does not silently reinterpret the rule as one profile per person or one trading account for an entire household.

What you should not do

Do not create multiple profiles, use different credentials, borrow another person's login or route purchases through household members to bypass a limit. The ability to register or buy another plan is not proof that the arrangement complies.

Questions to resolve before purchase

If another household member uses Perpify, ask support how the rule applies to your circumstances. Explain the number of users and intended product accounts without sharing private login credentials.

Clarification is also needed on whether the five funded and five Instant counts are separate or combined, and how the household wording interacts with those caps. Do not assume ten simultaneous accounts are allowed, or invent a rule about address verification, shared networks or exceptions.

Existing accounts

The terminal can technically show several product accounts and a separate demo or Own Capital account. That interface capability is not an authoritative interpretation of household policy. Existing histories remain separate; this content update does not change account enforcement or remove customer accounts.

If the wording affects a planned registration or purchase, obtain a clear policy answer before proceeding. Read the related account-count article alongside the relevant product rules. A documented answer should resolve the ambiguity; this article does not promise an exception or a refund for a purchase made under an assumption.
