Refund Policy

Perpify has not yet published specific refund terms for Instant Account purchases. Until it does, contact support about any purchase and each request will be reviewed individually. Nothing on this page is a promise that a refund will or will not be given.

If a payment expires, is partially paid or is not confirmed by the payment provider, no account is issued. Contact support with the transaction hash so the payment can be investigated with the provider.

Own Capital deposits are not purchases. Eligible deposited funds can be requested back through the Withdraw page under the published withdrawal rules and fees.
