Instant Funded Accounts

Is the account balance real money?

No. The account balance is simulated trading capital. Eligible performance payouts are separate real payments from Perpify.

Simulated capital and real payments are different

The balance shown on an Instant, Evaluation or demo trading account is simulated. You cannot withdraw its starting balance as cash. A funded performance payout is a separate real payment based on eligible trading performance and the applicable program rules.

Balance, equity and eligible profit

  • Balance reflects the starting capital and posted trading entries such as realized PnL, commissions, funding and payout reservations.
  • Equity includes the effect of open profit and loss and is important for risk checks.
  • Eligible performance profit is the portion of net realized performance above the starting balance that remains eligible after costs and prior reservations or payouts.

A rising equity figure caused by an open winning position is not yet a withdrawable performance payout. Closing the trade can incur commissions and slippage, which affect the final net result.

Example

A $5,000 Instant Account that has $5,200 closed balance after costs has $200 above its starting balance before other eligibility checks. If a $200 gross profit request is eligible, a 95% split gives the trader $190. The original $5,000 is not included in the request.

Evaluation, demo and Own Capital

Evaluation profits demonstrate progress toward the target and cannot be withdrawn. Graduation starts a fresh funded account at the original size. Demo balances and gains also cannot be withdrawn.

Own Capital tracks confirmed real deposits separately from its simulated trading balance and PnL. Simulated gains do not increase the real deposited amount available for withdrawal. Review the Own Capital explanation instead of applying funded-account profit-share rules to it.

Avoid a common misunderstanding

The headline account size, available margin and displayed open PnL do not equal cash in a wallet. Before requesting funds, choose the right account and read the eligible amount and payout or deposit-withdrawal summary.
