What is the difference between a deposit and an account purchase?

Two different reasons to pay

An Instant or Evaluation purchase pays the price of a selected simulated trading program. An Own Capital deposit contributes confirmed real funds to the separate deposit-based product. They have different records and outcomes.

Purchase outcome

A verified purchase issues the selected Instant Account or Evaluation. Its headline starting size is simulated buying power, not the amount you paid and not cash credited for withdrawal. An evaluation purchase does not skip its target or guarantee later funding.

Deposit outcome

A verified Own Capital deposit credits the separately tracked real-deposit balance. Its simulated trading results remain separate and cannot create withdrawable real gains. A Deposit transfer does not automatically buy the Instant plan you were browsing.

Before paying

Check the page, selected product, price or deposit amount, invoice reference, asset, network and destination. Do not reuse instructions from another request. Save the payment reference and transaction hash so support can identify the correct workflow.

Confirmation and recovery

Both workflows rely on provider-verified payment status rather than a browser redirect. If money was sent but the expected account or balance did not appear, open the original purchase or deposit record and refresh status where available. Contact support before paying again.
