How do I reset my password?

Use the password-reset option on the sign-in page.

On this page

Start from the sign-in page

Use the password-reset option on Perpify's sign-in page. Enter the email address associated with your email-password login and follow the recovery message and reset link.

Recovery steps

  1. Open Log in and choose the password-recovery option.
  2. Enter the account email carefully.
  3. Check inbox and spam/junk for the reset message.
  4. Open the recovery link and complete the new-password page.
  5. Return to sign-in and use the updated password.

Use the most recent recovery message if you requested several. An expired or already used link may require a new recovery request. Follow the screen's password requirements; this article does not replace them with a different checklist.

Google and other sign-in methods

If you normally sign in with Google, the provider controls that login credential. A Perpify email reset is not a reset of your Google password. Confirm the intended method before assuming a missing recovery email means your profile was deleted.

If the email does not arrive

Check spelling, the correct mailbox and spam filtering. Avoid rapid repeated requests that make it hard to identify the current link. If recovery still fails, use Support and describe the error or missing step. Access recovery should not require another paid plan or a duplicate profile.

Security precautions

Never send support your current password, recovery link, one-time code or provider credentials. Check that you are on the correct Perpify site when entering a new password. If you suspect unauthorized access, stop trading and contact support with non-secret account details.

A password reset restores sign-in access; it does not reset trading history, breaches, balances or a purchased account's rules.
