Why has my withdrawal not arrived?
Investigate a delayed Perpify withdrawal using its request status, transaction hash and USDC Solana destination without creating duplicate requests.

First identify the request type
A funded performance payout and an Own Capital real-deposit withdrawal are different requests. Check the correct history, account and reference before comparing balances or timing. Simulated Own Capital profits cannot be withdrawn.
If the request is not Paid
Read its current status and any recorded reason. Requested, review, approval and processing are not proof that cryptocurrency has been sent. For an eligible funded payout, Perpify's processing commitment is under 24 hours. Do not automatically extend that commitment to every separate deposit-withdrawal scenario without checking its published terms.
If an eligible payout remains unresolved beyond the stated window, contact support with the reference, submission time and status. An existing reservation reduces available funds while the request is in progress; it is not a second payment.
If the request is Paid
Use the transaction hash to inspect the Solana transfer and destination. New payouts and withdrawals use USDC on Solana. Check that the receiving wallet or exchange supports this precise asset/network pair and that you are looking at the correct address and token balance.
A receiving service can have additional crediting steps after network confirmation. A missing notification is not proof that a confirmed transfer failed.
Destination problems
Wrong addresses or unsupported networks can cause permanent loss; recovery is not guaranteed. Contact support promptly with public transaction details and, if relevant, the receiving service's status. Never disclose seed phrases, private keys or sign-in codes.
Avoid duplicates
Do not resubmit the same reserved funds while waiting. A rejected, failed or canceled request needs its own status and accounting review; do not assume all terminal states return money in exactly the same way.
The next useful action is to gather the request reference and transaction information, not to send another deposit or buy another plan to unlock a missing transfer.
