Payouts & Profit Splits
Why is my payout pending?
A payout in progress reserves the requested gross profit from the simulated account. Requested, under review, approved and processing are different stages; wait for the current request to finish before submitting another. Rejected or canceled requests return the reserved profit. A breached account cannot request a payout.

Pending means the request is not yet completed
A payout can pass through Requested, Under review, Approved and Processing before it is Paid. These labels identify different stages; a submitted or approved request is not the same as a confirmed wallet transfer.
When you request a gross profit amount, that amount is reserved from the simulated account balance. This prevents the same profit being requested twice. Rejected or canceled requests return the reservation according to the request workflow.
Check the stage and destination
- Requested / Under review: the request is awaiting or undergoing checks.
- Approved / Processing: the approved payment is being prepared or sent.
- Paid: the transfer has been confirmed and a transaction reference should be available.
- Rejected / Failed / Canceled: read the recorded status and reason; do not assume all three mean the same accounting result.
Check the account, requested amount, trader share and USDC Solana destination in the request history. A breached account cannot create a new performance payout.
How long to wait
Eligible requests are processed in under 24 hours. That policy addresses Perpify's processing, not every wallet's arrival time. If a request is Paid but you cannot see USDC, check its transaction hash and receiving wallet before concluding Perpify has not sent it.
What to send support
Provide the request reference, account reference, submission time and visible status. For a sent payment, include the transaction hash and public receiving address. Do not provide wallet recovery words, private keys, passwords or one-time sign-in codes.
Avoid creating duplicate requests or changing account settings in an attempt to speed up a payment. If the screen does not load, distinguish a failed status read from a real empty payout history; refresh once and contact support if the error continues.
