Account & Security

How do I review my trades?

Open the dashboard or the trading terminal and select your account's trade history.

Select the account first

Open the trading terminal or History and confirm the account you want to review. A demo, Own Capital account, evaluation and funded account keep separate records. Switching the selector changes the relevant account context rather than combining every result.

Distinguish record types

  • Positions: current open exposure and unrealized PnL.
  • Orders: submitted instructions, including pending limits and their status.
  • Fills/trades: actual simulated execution quantities and prices.
  • Posted account history: realized results, commissions, funding and other account entries.

An order can have several fills or partial closes. One position row is not necessarily one fee entry or one fully closed trade.

Reconcile a result

Compare actual entry and exit fills, direction, quantity and contract multiplier. Add applicable trading costs and funding when moving from gross price-movement PnL to net performance. Do not compare an execution with a chart's mid-price and assume the difference is an accounting error: genuine depth can create slippage.

Time windows and completeness

Check any visible date range, filters or pagination. A limited list or summary is not necessarily the complete lifetime ledger. If you need a full reconciliation and the interface does not expose every record, ask support rather than treating a partial screen as an authoritative lifetime statistic.

Evaluation graduation creates a fresh funded account, so old evaluation trades remain part of the evaluation history, not the new funded account's starting profit. Reset workflows preserve audit history rather than deleting it.

If a trade appears missing

Verify account selection, open versus closed status and time range. Refresh once if a read failed. Provide support the account, order reference and approximate time if the discrepancy remains; never describe an empty loading/error state as proof that a trade did not execute.
